As the third party transceivers, GAO Tek's GBIC modules support the standard GBIC interfaces and are compatible with third party vendors products.
GAO Fiber Optics SFP transceiver meets SFP GBIC standard for use with any SFP GBIC compliant slot as 1000BASE-SX connectivity. It also supports adding fiber connectivity to GSM, FSM, and GS series of Netgear switches.
GAO Fiber Optics XFP transceiver drives 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity to variable distances, adding connectivity to Netgear GSM7328S and GSM7352S. These XFPs are interoperable with standard 10GBASE-SR, LR, or ER XFP optics.
