GAO Tek's warranty for hardware, supplies, including spare parts, media, pre-printed tags and batteries is limited solely to free-of-charge replacement of such supplies within thirty (30) days of shipment to Buyer.  Within the warranty, GAO Tek will repair a product or replace a defective product with an identical model or newer substitute at GAO's discretion. Some products may have their own warranty policy, please refer to the product information page for detail.
