Overview - Cisco Compatible 10GBASE-LR XFP Transceiver (XFP-10GB-LR)

This high performance Cisco compatible 10GBASE-LR XFP fiber optic transceiver can be used in switches and modules that use XFP transceivers. This hot-pluggable transceiver is a fully integrated 10.3 Gbit/s optical transceiver module that consists of a 1310 nm wavelength optical transmitter and a receiver. It uses a 1310 nm DFB laser diode to achieve a transmission distance of up to 10 km. In addition, the transceiver is compliant with XFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA).
